The University of Silesia in Katowice wants to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following rights:

• the right to access – you have the right to request for copies of your personal data;

• the right to rectification – you have the right to request to have any information you believe is inaccurate corrected. You also have the right to request to have the information you believe is incomplete completed;

• the right to erasure – you have the right to request to have your personal data erased;

• the right to restrict processing – you have the right to request to have the processing of your personal data restricted;

• the right to object to processing – you have the right to object to processing of your personal data by the University of Silesia in Katowice;

• the right to data portability – you have the right to request that the University of Silesia in Katowice transfers the collected data to another organisation, or directly to you.
